This lot of pics will officially mark the end of my practicum stay in GYSS. Learnt lots from Carol and some of the senior teachers. The students of course taught me lots that the textbook obviously left out. Indeed the actual classroom is totally different from the ones they described in textbooks. You've really got to experience it to understand the woes of a teacher.Time flies, 10 weeks of practicum has flown by and 1 week of NIE has gone by. 1 more week to go before officially starting my journey as a REAL teacher. Really excited to be going to Nan Chiau, heard lots about the school and I really can't wait to experience the culture for myself. Am prepared to start everything afresh, new environment brings new challenges... hmmmm...
Tomorrow's holiday yippie! Kueh will be back from Malaysia, hope she enjoyed all the yummy food hehe... Ah mo realised that a little boy (6 years old) from church has leukemia since 1 year old. It came as a shock as he is reallly adorable, no one will be able to tell that he is ill. He acts just like a normal kid. Really hope he will get well soon and there will not be a relapse.
Here are some pics (from XT)... Final days at Guangyang...
