Went to bake muffins at ah yi's house last night. yummy yummy. We baked both berry and banana walnut muffins. All the beating and cracking eggs turn out to be really worth it. Though muffins did not turn out to look excellent (was a little chao da and out of shape), it tasted really delicious hehe...
Look at the beautiful egg yokes which i have seperated. They are really slimy haaha and i am glad that i managed to seperate them from their whites without much commotion.
Here's muffins in the oven. This is the second batch and hmm look how it slowly rises b'cos of the baking powder.
Rise, rise, rise. Here's how it looks like 5 mins before we took it out. How huge isn't it? haha... it even leaned to a certain angle which looked like the leaning tower of pisa.
Going out soon. For lesson first then for dinner. Will post pics of our dinner soon!
